
In the vintage sheet bee, Rachel asked for block 'o strings. I had never tried paper piecing, and this is about the simplest ones I have seen. I wasn't so sure how I liked this block because my vintage sheets have more whites in them than could be desired. In the end, I think it really looks good!

I really love the way the white paper looks with the lines sewn into it. I am thinking that I quilt done like this would look really neat. Maybe use a solid fabric with a high contrast thread. I will have to think about it a little bit more.
