Giveaway Time!!!

I am so excited to be able to host a giveaway! I have wondered what others would like and what I could offer. I finally settled on some fat quarters or fat eighths of vintage pillowcases coming to a least a total of 1 yard, but probably more.
Here is a preview of what I have and will cut for the winner (click on the pictures to get a bigger, closer look at the pillowcases).

To enter, leave a comment letting me know what you would like to do with the vintage fabric. Post about my giveaway on your blog, and I'll give you an extra chance. Just leave a second comment with a link to your blog entry. That is it. I'll use a random number generator to find a winner next Wednesday (Oct. 28th).

    Lovely vintage linens! I love old sheets and pillowcases for sewing. I scour the thrift shops for great patterns (I even lucked out on an almost mint condition Smokey The Bear forest friends bedspread from the 60s!).
    I would use these lovelies to make a stacked-coin lap quilt.

    I'm currently half way through collecting vintage pillowcases for a soulemama style picnic throw. These beauties would definately go great with what I've got.

    oh! i love fabric of all sorts! and i do have a little stack of vintage sheets and pillow cases going. i'd probably make another one of these tops for my daughter (see my Maddie Top tutorial) and i want to make a quilt like this, too! (see sewathome.wordpress.com a few entries ago)

    The fabrics are very lush... imagine all the beautiful dreams that have been had sleeping on those pillow cases.

    This is one sweet giveaway, vintage fabric.... *drools*

    I would use it to

    a) Bulk up my stash
    b) Make a softie or three for the toy society &
    c) Make Little Punk some funky pants

    There is of course, a d), e), f)... all the way to z), but there is only so much time in the day.... ;)
